     A mixture of olives, special Italian meats, and mozzarella cheese

    Fresh spring mix with herbs, tomatoes and cucumbers

    Fresh romaine lettuce, tomatoes, croutons, & shaved Pecorino Romano cheese,
    with Riva’s house dressing

    If desired, Add Chicken $4 or Shrimp $6 to any salad

    Dressings:  Riva’s House vinaigrette, Poppy seed, Balsamic vinaigrette, Creamy Gorgonzola (.50 charge), Raspberry Balsamic ,Caesar, Ranch.  

    All dressings are made daily in house.

    Tender pork crusted with rosemary and garlic roasted and topped with a splash of pomodoro sauce served on a bed of polenta, garnished with the vegetable of the day

    Two veal scaloppini with mushrooms, onions and Marsala wine served fingerling potatoes,
